REQUEST MEDIATION

WHAT IS MEDIATION?

Mediation is often your best day in court.  Why?  During mediation, the parties have greater control over the outcome of their case facilitated by a "neutral" mediator who strives to help reach a settlement without the need for costly and stressful litigation.

MEDIATING FAMILY LAW MATTERS

Family law matters are typically the most challenging because of the sensitive and emotional nature of child custody, visitation, child support, division of assets and debts, post-judgment disputes, and issues surrounding spousal support.

WHAT TO BRING TO MEDIATION

Mediation is more than a conversation and provides the parties an opportunity to reach a settlement based on available facts presented at mediation.  Although less formal than trial, it is extremely helpful that you are well prepared at mediation and provide necessary evidence and documents to assist in settling your case.

PROBATE AND ESTATE PLANNING

Although this is an area of law that most people don't want to think about, it is one of the most important areas of law as it eases the burdens that can be placed on your family in the event of your death. About Our Firm

I've been representing clients in Tennessee since 2014 and clients in South Carolina since 2022. I am proud to be a family law mediator in Tennessee and I am certified as a Family Court Mediator by the South Carolina Board of Arbitrators and  Mediators.  Further, I take great pride in providing my clients with quality family law mediation services and legal representation for divorce proceedings, family law disputes, personal injury cases, probate and estate planning, and other general areas of law.

I've worked diligently over the years to support the legal needs of my clients as they faced the most challenging times of their lives, whether it involved divorce, custody and support, car accidents, work related injuries, probate and estate planning, landlord tenant disputes, and construction disputes.

If you are facing a divorce, become entangled involved in family law litigation, are in a dispute over child custody and support matters, or you have post-divorce judgment needs, please reach out to me immediately.  You have rights and responsibilities under the law. Having an experienced attorney and family law mediator to guide you through this process is critical.

Have you been hurt in a car accident? Were you injured at work? It is imperative that you do not settle your case with an insurance company until you speak to an attorney first. I offer comprehensive personal injury representation in East Tennessee and Coastal South Carolina, and I do so with a passion for supporting the overall needs of my clients. I strive to ensure that my clients receive fair and just compensation for personal injuries caused by the negligence of others.

I offer a variety of estate planning, probate, and trusts services to my clients.  I encourage all of my clients to work with me to prepare a Last Will and Testament, a Living Will, Healthcare Directives, and to set up a Power of Attorney.  Additionally, I encourage conservatorships to protect loved ones who may not have capacity to make important decisions.  I am happy to evaluate your needs and guide you through the process.
